The location of the riad is extremely good.

My experience was marred by numerous issues. First, the power in my room was unreliable. I woke up to no electricity, forcing me to dress using my phone's flashlight. Then, the bathroom light exploded, leaving glass everywhere, creating a hazardous situation that wasn't addressed promptly. I felt completely let down by the staff, who, despite being kind, failed to offer any real solutions to the chaos during my stay.

Riad 11 Zitoune was a gem! Just a 5-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, super convenient. The room was cozy, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus. Shower pressure was a bit low, but overall, a great stay! Would definitely return!

A Memorable Oasis in the Heart of Marrakesh

The staff's warmth truly stood out during our stay. Upon departure, a lovely surprise awaited us with homemade sandwiches for our journey. While the Olive room was cozy, be cautious about the layout. Opt for larger areas to avoid bumps. Overall, a charming experience with a few quirks.

The location was unbeatable. just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fna. The service was friendly, and there was always someone available to assist. a perfect introduction to the local experience.

The Riad 11 Zitoune is beautifully decorated and just a short 3-4 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The staff, especially Adil and Omar, were incredibly helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, and our room was spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace. The attention to detail, like the freshly squeezed orange juice, made it special.

Shower pressure was a bit low.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace for 5 nights. The room was spacious and had a cozy vibe. Loved the little terrace to relax on, and the decor was really pretty. Everything was clean and tidy. Only downside was the shower – the pressure was kind of weak and the water splashed everywhere, which was a bit annoying. But the comfy bed made up for it!

It was just a great fit for a brief pause in Marrakesh with definitely value for money. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Omar who went out of his way to assist. Be prepared for a small courtyard. it can feel cramped if you're looking for relaxation.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Comfortable room with a nice terrace.
